I've spent over nine years working with mission-driven organisations across Africa and beyond, helping teams translate complex work into brand systems and communications that actually reflect what they do.
My background is in art and design. I studied graphic design because I needed structure to make creativity work, and I've been finding that balance ever since. I'm drawn to organisations doing serious, layered work — research institutions, foundations, women-led initiatives — the kind of work that deserves a brand as considered as the thinking behind it.
I don't work across everything. I go deep on the work I take on, which means the organisations I partner with get full attention, not a production line.
When I am not in a brief, I am probably sketching, painting, or trying to convince someone that typography is a personality trait.
