Process
How I work.
Step 01
Understand
Before anything is designed or written, I need to know what we are actually solving. I ask a lot of questions, read what exists, and look for what is missing. This is where most of the real work happens.
Step 02
Define Direction
Once I have a clear picture I will tell you what I think the strongest route is. Not a menu of options, a recommendation. We align on direction before anything goes to visual.
Step 03
Build
This is where concepts become real. I work in focused rounds, sharing drafts early rather than over-polishing before you see them. Feedback is part of the process, not a disruption to it.
Step 04
Refine and Hand Over
We tighten, finalise, and I make sure everything is packaged cleanly for whoever needs it next — whether that is a printer, a developer, your internal team, or just you.
